Not sure what to expect? Here’s how it works:

  1. Schedule your appointment — Call or text us at (262) 796-2850, or use our online scheduling tool to pick a time that works for you.
  2. Complete your intake forms — We’ll send these ahead of your visit so you’re not filling out paperwork in the waiting room.
  3. What to bring — Insurance card, driver’s license, physician referrals or medical records.
  4. Meet your therapist — Your first session includes a full evaluation: we’ll review your history, discuss your goals, and assess your movement and pain.
  5. Get your plan — Before you leave, you’ll have a clear, personalized treatment plan with a timeline and next steps.

Plan for about 60 minutes for your initial evaluation.

By car: We’re located on Pilgrim Pkwy. just north of Bluemound Rd. Free on-site parking is available in the building’s lot.

From Brookfield: Take Bluemound Rd. east to Pilgrim Pkwy., then head north. We’re a short drive from Brookfield Square and the Calhoun Rd. corridor.

From Wauwatosa: Take Bluemound Rd. west to Pilgrim Pkwy., then north. We’re just a few minutes from Mayfair Rd.

From I-94: Take exit 297 for WI-164/Calhoun Rd., head north to Bluemound Rd., then east to Pilgrim Pkwy. We’re a short drive from the freeway.
